“Khuda Aur Mohabbat” isn’t simply a drama – it’s a visual treat for the audience. From beautiful sets and costumes, meaningful dialogues and beautiful actors, everything about the show is larger than life. Starring Feroze Khan and Iqra Aziz in lead roles, Junaid Khan, Mirza Zain Baig, Sunita Marshal, Sameer Sohail, Saqib Sumeer, Asma Abbas, Wasim Abbas, Momina Iqbal, Meher Bano, Javed Sheikh, Usman Peerzada, Hina Bayat, Rubina Ashraf, Hira Samroo, Tooba Siddiqui and many others are a part of this elaborate ensemble cast. In the previous episode, we witnessed Farhad’s family, along with Mahi’s, mourning his “death” as Mahi’s wedding preparations begin.
The track with Farhad’s (Feroze Khan) death is grating on the nerves at this point, as we all know Farhad is not dead. It’s difficult to watch the misery and trauma his family is going through, everyone from his brother, sister (Hira Samroo), Naheed (Momina Iqbal), his parents (Waseem Abbas and Asma Abbas), even Dilawar (Saqib Sumeer) is grieving in their own way, but that grief is heavy. Farhad’s family loved him a lot as he was the “laadla” of the family and so his death has completely gutted them. Where is Farhad? If he is injured somewhere, unconscious, only then can this behavior be excused – otherwise this is yet another selfish act on his part, as has been his “curse” for Mahi and the guilt he has piled on her for simply not loving him back. It must be said that Feroze Khan is a star performer and he has been the glue really keeping this show going with his performance and so the lack of his presence has slowed interest in the past couple of weeks.
Fortunately, Mahi’s (Iqra Aziz) marriage to Taimur (Mirza Zain Baig) takes place this week. This entire sequence is beautiful, everything from the grand sets, the costumes, the horses, it’s all jut very elaborate and the audience feels as though they’re a part of the festivities. Unfortunately, we are also well-aware of how this marriage will play out, which puts a damper on the entire scenario. It’s difficult to watch how happy Taimur and Mahi’s families are while knowing Nazim’s (Sohail Sameer) enemies are out there, biding their time, waiting to make their move. The actors all do a great job in this episode though, from Hina Bayat, Junaid Khan, Usman Peerzada, Rubina Ashraf and the eternally gorgeous Sunita Marshal. Mahi remains in a state of shock after Farhad’s death, haunted by his death and the curse he has left behind. Iqra Aziz is doing a brilliant job while Mirza Zain Baig looks every bit a prince.
Khuda Aur Mohabbat Episode 10: Taimur Is Mahi's Perfect Match….but Is He What Mahi Wants?
Overall, this episode would have had a “filler” feel, but Mahi and Taimur’s wedding events give it an appeal. However, Farhad needs to make his reappearance soon as his absence has been dragged out for too long. The upcoming episode promises little else other than tragedy and misery, which viewers have already been witnessing – and it seems as though this is the path the show will follow from this point on, as Farhad has left worldly expectations at this point.Khuda Aur Mohabbat’s first episode exceeded all expectations last Friday as the drama’s Television Rating Points (TRPs) and YouTube views skyrocketed pretty conveniently.
With subtle hints thrown at how Farhad and Mahi’s life is already like before they cross paths, the first episode soared high with 11.7 TRPs. This love saga also went trending on YouTube with 14 million views so far.
Now that Farhad and Mahi have set the bar too high, we should really be speaking of this power duo. Starring Feroze Khan and Iqra Aziz in lead roles, the protagonists are not so different from each other when it comes to their personality. They’re both quite blunt in their circle, and live life to the fullest.

Mahi comes from a wealthy family where women don burqas before leaving the house. Unaware that her next journey is going to be life-changing, she leaves for Lahore with her sister-in-law (starring Sunita Marshall) to attend her friend’s (Mehar Bano) wedding.
However, nothing stops her from picking a fight. Surprisingly, Taimoor (Mirza Zain Baig) gets attracted to her bubbly personality at first sight and is waiting to speak with his elder brother Sikandar (Junaid Khan) about it.
Farhad, on the other end, is struggling to follow the house rules. He may not be his parent’s (starring Waseem Abbas and Asma Abbas) favourite child, but he wishes to make them proud one day. Unfortunately, he can’t impress them academically like his other siblings (Fawad Jalal and Hira Somro) do.

Her jewelry pieces are delicate but complement her outfits. Mahi’s clothing so far can be categorized as per the phases of the story that have unfolded so far. She dressed up to attend her best friend’s wedding. Apart from the wedding of Rida, she was seen wearing some of the amazing outfits at her place too, which looked justified considering she was a guest at Rida’s place and was visiting Lahore for her friend’s wedding. Then Mahi has also dressed beautifully for her own wedding festivities and some of the sequences in between.
