Can't willingly transform into Ultra Instinct -Sign- at the start of Universe Mission/Prison Planet Saga until Universe Conflict Saga where he can willingly transform into it. Can't willingly transform into Perfected Ultra Instinct until after training in a Room of Spirit and Time-like Pocket Dimension in Big Bang Mission/New Space-Time War Saga. Ultra Instinct -Sign- and Perfected Ultra Instinct doesn't last too long. While he can cast Power of Destruction, he doesn't possesses the Energy of Destruction properly like a God of Destruction, thus he doesn't have access to its ability to envelop the user with an Aura and its resistances, however he still resist Power of Destruction nonetheless because of his feat in Super, resisted Sidra's Power of Destruction.
