Hashira Meeting is the name of the sixth chapter of Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles. This chapter has exploration, Memory Fragments, Kimetsu Points, and a Special Mission. It's the only one that doesn't have battles.
Chapter 6 starts with Tanjiro dreaming about the unknown man that has been in previous cutscenes across the story. He'll then wake up, not knowing where he is. Kakushi, a new character, will be near him, explaining what happened.
A flashback showing a bunch of new characters will take place. These Demon Slayers are called the Hashira and they are the most powerful and important members of the organization.

These are all the names of the new characters: Kyokuro Rengoku, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Tengen Uzui, Mitsuri Kanroji, Gyomei Himejima, Muichiro Tokito, Obanai Iguro.
Some moments later, Tanjiro will realize that he's in the Demon Slayers' Headquarters — also known as The Butterfly Mansion —, and he's about to face trial. The reason behind it is that he's defending a demon — his sister, Nezuko —, something that's forbidden by the organization's rules.
The Hashira will ask why he did it, and Tanjiro will try to explain. However, the member Sanemi Shinazugawa will appear, carrying Nezuko's box. He will then attack her with his sword.

Before the situation gets out of control, the master of the Hashira and the organization, Kagaya Ubuyashiki — the mysterious figure that has been seen here and there —, will appear.
When exploring, go to the jar of water on the right, near your bed. This is part of a Reward Mission. Then, examine the other night table near the next bed. It's also needed for the same Reward Mission.
Before leaving the room, you'll notice a Memory Fragment (A Provocation Denied). Pick it up and exit the room by its only door.

Now it's time to get out of the room. You have three different doors in this room. If you chose the one forward or the one on the right, you'll exit the building. First, you need to use the door on the left. You'll enter inside a dojo that residents use to train. Examine the floor (Reward Mission).
Return to the previous room and just go forward until the next door. You'll exit the building and be in front of a garden. Examine the butterflies flying around some pink and blue flowers. They are part of a Reward Mission.
Next, turn right and go near a tree. There will be 50 Kimetsu Points behind it. On the left, you will notice a young woman hanging some clothes on the clothesline. Talk to her (Reward Mission).

From the clothesline, turn right and follow that path around the building. Keep going forward and enter into a small square, surrounded by the buildings. Inside this small place is a Memory Fragment (Goddess of Compassion).
Turn right and go to the other side of the garden. You'll spot another building. Near its entrance, go to the right. There are some flowers that you can examine for a Reward Mission.
Keep going to the right and you'll see Inosuke and Zenitsu, sitting near a building. Talk to them, it's needed for your main objective (!!). The group will speak about the master of the Demon Slayers.

Then, if you go to the right side of the park, you'll see a new Memory Fragment (Reunion at the Butterfly Mansion) near some trees.
From here, turn left and go forward, passing behind the building. At the end of the way, you'll notice a small building on the right. Go near it, you'll find 150 Kimetsu Points.
Then turn around, and head to some bushes and a tree, near the wall of that side. Here are 50 Kimetsu Points.

Now you are only missing two objectives. First, turn right and go to the building, near three girls. There'll be a Memory Fragment (The Master's Voice) right next to a basket with clothes.
After picking up that item, speak with the girls. They are residents of the Butterfly Mansion and they have taken care of you. One of the girls will tell you to go to your bed and have some rest. That's what you need to do next.
When you get back to the room in which you started, a cutscene will play. It's nighttime and the Hashira are having a reunion. They are discussing the number of demons around, which has increased lately and is becoming a problem.

After the last scene, you'll be back to the Main Story menu. Here you can view the Memory Fragments that you obtained and replay the scenes that you want. To get 100%, you need to complete all the Reward Missions.
If you have followed this guide, your Reward Missions will be completed. However, you can check the icons and see if the blue exclamation mark has a red tick. That's how you know if they are complete. If not, you can repeat the exploration segments and find what you need.
The last thing you will need to do is the chapter's Special Mission (The Village Devourer). It's a battle against a demon class you have already fought, first in normal difficulty and then in hard. You need to get an S rank in both of them to get the S rank in the chapter.
