Is a striking, evocative, poignant, and stirring show that left a huge impression in my heart. It has an intangible value that will make the audience feel good and smile from the deepest part of their hearts. Right off the bat, it was gratifyingly breathtaking. It was powered with sweet and melancholic narrative with spots of laugh out loud comedy. It was perfectly blended, flowing with all the shades of emotions – jam packed!
The strongest suit of HBM is its outstanding, dazzling and marvellous ensemble cast. What I totally love about it is the spectacular performances of the main leads was pitch-perfectly complemented the acting of the supporting cast. It feels like everyone is the main character of this story. They worked together to give us an awe-inspiring and first-rate show that is deserving of recognitions. This is a first time for me to praise a numerous actors in a Korean Drama.
Can be this great! When I watched him there, I know that he have more to offer, and seeing his performance here on this show can’t stop me from praising him. The versatility is extreme! He is one of the few oppas that really amazed me when it comes to acting. He is absolutely a pro! From the humorous scenes up to the emotional moments, he captivated me. His portrayal as a father, most especially a loving partner to Yu Ri is cannot be measured. The pain of his character have been through is perfectly executed. Give this guy more projects!

When I first saw the promotional poser and teaser of this show, she captures my attention. I have seen her already on various Korean Dramas portraying minor roles. And to see her bagging her first-ever lead role (?) makes me feel emotional. She deserves it! From all the years she’s passing on my screen with limited exposure, she is now here taking a major role. Although, I must admit, I still find her acting a bit lacking. Most especially her facial expressions, sometimes it looks quite bland. But the silver lining here is there is still room for improvements. She already has the potential and all she have to do is put it all together, honed it and I am pretty sure she will turn out amazing than ever!

And I must admit that this is her best performance to date! Her comeback in small screen is remarkable! In this show, she proved that she has more on her plate. She is extremely versatile. From a loving and selfless mother, to a caring and understanding wife, to a daughter who knows how to appreciate her parents’ efforts, and a friend who you will always count on… Kim Tae Hee gave a one of a kind entertainment. The way she cries blew my mind. The way she wail, sob, and bawl send shivers down to my spine. I couldn’t think of any actress who will portray this role as excellent as she did. It feels like her character was tailor-made for her. She is indeed on top of her game! This woman out here deserves praise and recognitions. Pitch-perfect!
Every technical aspect of this show is done in the most breathtaking manner; from the fine work of writing, to the commendable directing, up to the brilliant cinematography. It was filmed like a picture-perfect book. They put new, unconventional, and distinct elements to this type of genre. It was heart soothing and heart tugging at the same time. The show gets extremely dramatic in all places. HBM crashes your heart and mends it almost simultaneously. A gem of a drama, indeed!
I can’t get the series out of my mind. Just the thought of it affects me big deal. It’s giving me hard time just looking at random clips and pictures about it because up until now it breaks my heart. I finished it passed 2 in the morning and up until its last seconds, I can’t stop myself from crying. I was overwhelmed; I was sobbing and thinking why does it have to end that way up until the next morning. I am fascinated because it’s been a while since I felt this feeling. It brings thoughts and feelings to the mind. The impact it gave me was immeasurable – a provocative and insightful drama series!

Called her husband’s name with enthusiasm and when she realized that she is not the woman of his life anymore, the sadness and pain is really evident in her face. It was really painful. Coming back from the dead and seeing the love of your life loving somebody is very painful.

I can’t imagine how I bawled in the ugliest manner that time. That single line made me run out of breath. I even had headache from that scenario. During the run of this show, she’s telling everyone that she will just help her daughter to stop seeing ghosts and she will ready to die again. So when she said those lines, I can’t gasp any air. My heart never felt such pain throughout my KDrama journey. I think that’s what made this show a remarkable one.
