Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (天元突破グレンラガン , Tengen Toppa Guren Ragan ? , Heaven-Piercing Gurren Lagann) is the titular mecha of the anime. Its design is based on the smaller Gurren Lagann and is its final form in the anime, but the movies give that title to its succeeding form, Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
By combining his own Spiral Power with his comrades, Simon created the true titular entity, which he titles, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, in the final battle against Antispiral. Not actually a mecha by traditional means, the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is actually a mass of continuously materialized Spiral Power (similar to the Spiral technique used to materialize Drills) on the scale of a Super Spiral galaxy.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann resembles the original Gurren-Lagann, albeit with a more intensely themed appearance. Its armor is covered in various draconic skulls and faces; since the number of total faces is equal to the number of key pilots of the mech, it can be assumed that these are its cockpits. The head wears a more symmetrical version of Lagann's helmet, while the chest face wears a pair of non-functional sunglasses. Its abdominal mouth is clamped onto the Lazengann's head, which Lordgenome can detach and use to create a galactic-scale Lazengann.

Though being similar to the Gurren Lagann, its design is overall very different from other mecha in the series, its armor being made up of red skulls, illuminated by the storm of Spiral Power that burns continuously from its core, giving it the appearance of Team Dai-Gurren's emblem. Of its many faces, the primary cockpits contain: Simon & Nia in the head, Viral in the torso, Yoko in what seems to be either the right shoulder or the right shin, and Leeron in the left hip. The rest of Team Dai-Gurren are positioned at various points in the limbs and appendages, all operating in Lagann-style cockpits. Its abdominal jaw is clenched onto the head of the Lazengann, containing a fully resurrected Lordgenome.
It has been confirmed in the databooks that the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann has immeasurable size and impossible to calculate as the mecha is nothing but a materialized thought, and a higher dimensional entity (It doesn't exactly exist in the physical world).
Times Gurren Lagann's height. But the guidebook is ambiguous on a few details, including Gurren Lagann's height (while the book assumes 5 meters for the Arc and Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann's heights, it's ambiguous if that applies to Tengen Toppa as well) and a potential 10x multiplier (the exact wording being In traditional Gurren Lagann style it's multiplied by 10, with the past tense implying the mutiplication has already happened). As such, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann has four possible heights, ranging from 5.28 billion light years (with a 5-meter Gurren Lagann and no multiplier) to 126 billion light years (with a 12-meter Gurren Lagann and the 10x multiplier). It is the third largest mech in anime to date, the other two being the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and the Super Granzeboma.

Drill Proficiency: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann can also produce its drills all around the entire body, after absorbing the Infinity Big Bang Storm, which followed with a power boost, and can also be seen fighting against the Anti-Spiral.
Enki Swords: Used by Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann which is produced as Enki/Enkidu/Enkidudu's swords after Yoko's Sniper Rifle was destroyed in order to counterattack the Anti-Spiral, which was later broken during the duration of the battle.
Yoko's Sniper Rifle: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann uses a galaxy-sized version of Yoko's Sniper Rifle in order the counterattack and shoot directly at the Granzeboma's forehead to reveal the bits of the Anti-Spiral homeworld, which is later destroyed.

I've Got The Best Wife In The Universe Swing: An attack named by Dayakka about his wife. Dayakka and Gabal release hooks from their respective parts of the Tengen Toppa, that tie around the opposing mecha. The Tengen Toppa then grabs the hooks' rope and swings the opposing the mecha in the air, then lets go and lets the opposing mecha fall.
Probability Alteration Missles: An attack used by Artenborough which fires a lot of small, drill-like missles out from it's right leg directly at the Granzeboma.
Fist Barrage: An unnamed attacked performed by the surviving members of Team Dai Gurren in The Lights in the Sky are Stars. The Tengen Toppa shoots out a barrages of fists to attack the Granzeboma. It only appears in the movie but not in the series.
Gurren Lagann Final Review And Post Mortem.
Matter Creation: Gurren Lagann can, via command from a pilot, create and manipulate matter from Spiral Power that its user desires. This is especially helpful in combat.
Lazengann Overload: Lordgenome, while in Lazengann, sacrifices himself down to the quantum level, allowing him to absorb the energy of Antispiral's Infinity Big Bang Storm, an attack more powerful than the birth of the universe, and convert it into an extreme powerup for TTGL, allowing TTGL to evolve in the show and enabling its transcendence into Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann in the movies.Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (天元突破グレンラガン, Tengen Toppa Guren Ragan) is the titular mech of the series. Its design is based on Gurren Lagann. It is a god-like mecha, that transcends time and space; the heavens and dimensions. It was created by Simon's thoughts and emotions, after his integration of the multiverse. It was described as the greatest weapon humanity had ever acquired, and was used to fight against Team Dai-Gurren's greatest adversary; Antispiral, a battle of gods.
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Higher-Dimensional Existence (Could freely move within Antispiral's Universe; a space-time that oscillates between the membranes of the 10th and 11th dimension; corresponding to a 10 + 1 dimensional reality), Acausality (Types 2 and 4. Is the ultimate evolutionary form of Gurren Lagann, which merged every possible version of itself in the multiverse. Stated to have broken through causality and fate. It is said, that even when trapped, their feelings open the gate, and they will decide their own fate), Large Size (Type 7), Abstract Existence, Non-Corporeal and Regeneration (Low-Godly. The Super Spiral Universe is required for TTGL to exist, the SSU is a realm that allows for its user's thoughts to become reality), Immortality (Type 3), Flight and Non-Physical Interaction (Fought against Antispiral
Tower Of Saviors Evolution Of “simon & Lagann”! Strongest Combined Form “tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann”! “anti Spiral Flagships” Initiate Spiral Annihilation!
), Empowerment and Reactive Evolution (Will become far more powerful with the pilots' fighting spirit, which can allow them to evolve), Extrasensory Perception (Can detect energy signatures with its Spiral Radar), Energy Manipulation and Weapon Creation (With Spiral Energy, TTGL can manifest weapons such as Tengen Toppa Superconducting Rifle and Tengen Toppa Enki Swords), Natural Weaponry and Size Manipulation (Can protrude drills from around its entire body), Danmaku (Fired a myriad of beams from its entire body), Space-Time Manipulation (Created a fold in the space-time fabric, just from its battle with Granzeboma), Durability Negation (Far superior to the Ashtanga, which can use probability fluctuations to damage Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann, which is physically far superior) and Invulnerability Negation via Probability Manipulation (Capable of damaging Antispiral, who stated the chances of winning in his universe is absolutely 0. He remained completely unharmed after a barrage of attacks from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, which Antispiral suppressed himself to fight equally with), passive Forcefield Creation, Integration, limited Power Nullification, Duplication, Attack Reflection, Shockwave Creation, limited Magnetism Manipulation, Teleportation, Dimensional Travel, Portal Creation, BFR and Fusionism (As a larger form of Gurren Lagann, it should have the same abilities), Resistance to Probability Manipulation (Is the ultimate evolutionary form of Gurren Lagann), Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation and Dimensional Manipulation (Type 2. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, as a materialized feeling, transcends time and space. Is a force greater than time and dimensions), Quantum Manipulation (With stood Antispiral's Infinity Big Bang Storm, which breaks down its victims to the quantum level) and Void Manipulation (Similar in physiology as Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, which could survive inducing the Big Crunch; an event that crushes all of time and space into a dimensionless void), Gravity Manipulation, Fire Manipulation and Electricity Manipulation (Should also have the same resistances as Gurren Lagann)
Same as before, Invulnerability via Probability Manipulation (Equal to Antispiral, who can remain completely undamaged by a barrage of attacks, by altering the chances of his opponents' victory to 0)
Attack Potency: High Macroverse level (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a Gunmen, created by the thoughts of Simon after integrating the multiverse. Shortly after its creation, it was implied to have infinite Spiral Power coursing throughout its body) | High Macroverse level (Was given a great increase in Spiral Power after absorbing Lordgenome's Spiral Power)
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Ultimate Diorama Masterline Statue (full Drill Ver.)
Speed: Immeasurable (As an 11 dimensional being, he is capable of freely moving through the 11th dimension, which is a temporal dimension) | Immeasurable
Durability: High Macroverse level (Was able to take blows from Granzeboma in their battle. Was able to withstand the Infinity Big Bang Storm; an attack that was compared to the universe's creation) | High Macroverse level (Survived an incredible explosion after TTGL's drills collided with Granzeboma's drills)
Range: High Macroversal, higher with Super Dimensional Anchor, far higher with Tengen Toppa Superconducting Rifle, far far
